Van Wyksdorp offers interesting and exciting places to shop where one can spend a few hours browsing for unique buys. With so many interesting things to see and bespoke crafts to buy, you’d be amiss not to check out what the town has to offer.
Most of the shops are situated on Voortrekker Road, the “main road” and are within walking distance of each other and several accommodation
The Mall, sells anything you can think of including hardware, clothing, outdoor apparel and shoes, stationery, toys and gifts, and more. A coffee shop offers light meals and drinks with a children’s play area.

Info@Andi’s, situated in the 1910 house across the road from the Mall, offers a bespoke shopping experience selling crafts and gifts and serving coffee and biscotti, homemade lemonade and other drinks. It is also the home of the Van Wyksdorp Tourism Information hub.
Open Wednesday & Thursday 10h00 to 14h00 and 17h00 to 19h00, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10h00 to 14h00.
Last Veldwear, sells artisanal handcrafted leather goods.

Vanwyksdorp Market @ Saamspeel Community Park – a pop up market with a variety of handmade and homemade goods made by locals.

Out of town places to visit which are a short drive from the town centre:
Blue Sky Organics, situated in Olyvenrivier, selling organic olive products.
Buffelshoek Farm, trading as Blue Sky Organics, has been certified as organic since 2001 and grows and processes a range of organic products including olive oil, table olives, stuffed olives, tapenade, olive chutneys, dried olives, herbal salts and herb/dried olive dressings and seasonings.

Ricky’s Drift Farm Shop, situated in Olyvenrivier, for an array of goods for sale such as natural, vegan friendly soaps, chemical free Day and Night creams, jams, chutneys, olives, sauces, filter coffee (beans and ground), ShweShwe bags, scatter cushion covers, table cloths, place mats, vintage crockery and glasses, paintings….and more.
Tea, coffee and light meals are served on request.
All proceeds go towards the running of the Farm Sanctuary.
